From being scared to lifting weights to doing 55kgs squats
My goal is to lose weight and become fit by February 2019.
I am most certain that I will do it.
I woke up one morning at 120 kg and just hated what I saw, what I had become, who I was and where was I going to end up. I wanted to change my life around but didn't know how until I decided to make a change and learn about the right way to live a healthy lifestyle. That was in June of '09. From then until now it's all history. It has been a long road and I want to inspire and show all that if I can do it so can anybody and that may be something you hear often but it truly is the truth.
Started on this journey. Making sure I am regular with this one.. on a diet and I do some weights, core and cardio.
On left it's me one year back, on right me it's me now. It's always you vs you. You gotta chase your dreams like a drowning guy chases oxygen. Wake up & kill your goals.
